Why Nerys?

Osteopaths use hands-on treatment to investigate and treat causes of pain.

I include various massage techniques, gentle stretching and manipulative techniques which improve range of motion. I work hard to reduce aches and pains in the body as well as provide accurate exercise prescriptions to strengthen and prevent re-injury. I want patients to get better with long-lasting positive results. I am trained to high rigorous standards and registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

The nearest tube is Wood Green and train Shepherds Bush. There is parking within Westfield which starts at £3 an hour please head towards carpark B (John Lewis) allow at least 10 minutes to walk from the carpark to your appointment.
